Meet Dan Nawrocki

Daniel “Dan” Nawrocki started Nawrocki Law after what one law school dean referred to as “an interesting journey.” For all details, you’ll have to ask Dan in person.

Dan received his Juris Doctor from Penn State Law; a Bachelor of Arts in Letters, Arts, and Sciences, with a focus on Administration of Justice, Business, and Sociology, from Penn State; and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Luzerne County Community College. In addition to his own practice, Dan represents clients in a variety of matters as a part-time legal aid attorney with North Penn Legal Services.

Prior to law school, Dan owned and operated BarHoppers NEPA, a driving service dedicated to the prevention of drunk driving. Dan has managed several businesses and worked in a variety of jobs, including as a paper boy (when newspapers were still a popular thing), a clerk at the county treasurer’s office, a pizza maker, a mutual teller at a horse track, an EMT, a 9-1-1 dispatcher, a property manager, a movie theater manager, and an office manager. Along the journey, Dan served in the U.S. Coast Guard, received an award for being most-improved, saved several lives, and ran in a marathon with no training just to prove that anyone could get one of those “13.1” stickers if they really want it (…not so much 26.2, though– he learned that a full marathon requires extensive training and preparation).
